1. Service description
Fine Tech Help provides in-person technology support to residential and small business customers in South Orange County, CA. Services are provided on an appointment basis only.
2. Scope of services
We address the specific issues described at the time of booking. We do not guarantee resolution of every issue within a single visit. If an issue cannot be fully resolved during a visit, we will explain the situation and outline available next steps before leaving.
3. Pricing and billing
Our rate is $129 per hour. Billing begins at the time of arrival. You will be informed of the start time at the beginning of the visit.
4. Appointments
All service requires a confirmed appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible.
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact and location information when booking. You, or an authorized adult (18 or older), must be present for the duration of the visit.
6. Limitation of liability
Fine Tech Help is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or issues unrelated to the work performed during the visit. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any service visit. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific visit in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
